Role Description

This opening is for a Regional Sales Manager, based in the Northeast US with a preference for New England with responsibility and frequent travel to neighboring states. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in a specified region, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves collaborating with the global sales team to contribute to the overall growth and success of Blaklader. This role will report to the National Sales Manager for the US.

Responsibilites

  • Execute the existing strategy for the business currently set by management
  • Develop Sales strategies, presentations, and proposals for new and existing businesses
  • Prospecting, lead-generation, cold-calling, and sales negotiations
  • Account and CRM management
  • B2B and B2C sales generation
  • Provide analysis and lead sales forecasting, product forecasting, budgeting, and planning within the region

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience with workwear
  • FR Garment Sales experience
  • Preferred: Safety shoe sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel within the designated region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
