**Tenant Experience Coordinator**

**JOB DUTIES**

The goal of the Tenant Experience Coordinator is to establish and manage a consistent offering of unique events and immersive experiences to increase tenant engagement within the JLL Indy Agency Leasing office building portfolio. They will collaborate with our clients to understand the tenant experience objectives and develop custom offerings specific to each buildings tenants. Through these events, and with the utilization of social media platforms, this person will build a stronger connection between the building and its tenants.

Examples of tenant experience events include, but are not limited to, fitness events, dog adoption events, meditation and sound bath experiences, retail pop-ups, Masterclass events/TED Talks, mental health and wellness series, pampering services, cooking classes/meal prep sessions, happy hour get-togethers, yoga, social clubs, and competitive events.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Develop and Implement Strategic Tenant Experience Plans**

+ Develop custom offerings specific to each buildings tenants and client objectives.

+ Activate spaces in and around each building for a diverse range of tenant experiences, for food, fun and fitness.

+ Maintain an active awareness of experience trends, innovations, and opportunities.

+ Forge professional relationships with tenant decision makers.

+ Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity.

+ Awareness and vetting of all local vendors and retailers.

+ Establish professional vendor relationships for continuous scheduling.

+ Partner with on-site and local retailers and restaurants for property exclusive deals and special events.

* **Understand, Track and Manage Financials**

+ Work with Property Management teams on the development and management of the Tenant Experience budget, invoicing, and payments.

+ Ensure compliance with client and company policies and minimum audit standards.

+ Develop consistent monthly/quarterly/annual variance reporting for all client budgets.

* **Tracking Performance and Satisfaction**

+ Establish performance metrics, aligned with client goals, to enhance or adjust experience offerings.

+ Track and measure impact of experience offerings on tenant satisfaction.

* **Perform additional job duties, as requested.**

**Qualifications**

* Previous experience with event planning, hospitality, or tenant experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Dedicated to personal and professional growth

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

* Computer proficiency with MS Office

* Self-motivated and willing to take on challenges

* High-energy individual

* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
