Responsibilities Design and Development Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of mechanical systems and components. Utilize CAD software and other relevant tools to create detailed and accurate 3D models and technical Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate design concepts. Complete final documentation As-built drawings, spare parts lists, maintenance manuals Project Management Manage and coordinate mechanical builds on shop floor and customer sites Assist in the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource planning Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and industrial designers, to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into the overall product architecture Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives Quality Assurance and Compliance Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of mechanical systems.
