Hybrid Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location; Newport Beach, CA (2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews (e.g., video, phone, and in-person).
Coordinate travel for candidates.
Work on projects that add value to the business (using Scrum / Agile methodology to manage projects).
Utilize and optimize technology, such as HireVue and Workday Recruiting, to perform responsibilities.
Monitor background checks and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
Use an innovative / Agile mindset to ensure continual improvements through system enhancements and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and stay focused and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
Must have strong communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workday Recruiting) and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and MS Teams, and MS Forms.
Strong sense of curiosity, with an agile, innovative, and problem-solving mindset.
1-2 years experience in a corporate position with solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
