Job Description:
InfoVision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Solution Architect with a deep understanding of data architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for our client’s CDP platform to enhance customer experience, drive personalized marketing efforts, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Architect and lead the development of a custom CDP, ensuring seamless integration with existing digital ecosystems.
· Experience with data architecture, data integration, data quality tools, and identity resolution technologies.
· Conduct an in-depth evaluation of database technologies (Graph vs Relational), articulating the pros and cons to determine the most suitable architecture for the CDP, focusing on scalability, performance, and real-time data processing.
· Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, DMP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
· Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Design, document, and oversee the implementation of the CDP architecture, emphasizing data efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance.
· Spearhead data governance and compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.
· Facilitate advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities by ensuring optimal data architecture within the CDP.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDP trends, advocating for innovative solutions that drive business value.
· Provide leadership and expertise in the selection and deployment of database technologies, balancing technical capabilities with strategic business goals.
· Educate and mentor team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
· At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, with a significant focus on data management, digital marketing technologies, and CDP implementation.
· Expert knowledge of various database technologies (Graph, Relational, NoSQL) and their applications in customer data management.
· Demonstrated capability to evaluate and select database architectures, with a comprehensive understanding of their impacts on business objectives.
· Strong foundation in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes, with familiarity in data integration and quality tools.
· In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on database and CDP architecture.
· In-depth knowledge of CDP vendors, features, capabilities, and best practices.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
· Commitment to staying at the forefront of technology trends in data management and customer data platforms.
