Job Title : Senior Principal Integration and Test Engineer Location: Canonsburg, PA Wage Range: 70-84 depending on years of experience and qualifications Job Number: 24-01014 Job Description: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Senior Principal Integration and Test Engineer to work from their Canonsburg, PA facility. As a Lead Integration and Test Engineer for the Torpedo Systems Group, you will be responsible for the test, integration, and verification of the functionality of complex sub-systems, hardware, and software. You will work with cross functional teams to ensure that assemblies integrate properly and operate together. You are responsible for the development of test plans, executions of tests, and results analysis to identify issues to be resolved. You will collaborate across the functional teams to resolve issues and recommend solutions to ensure that the system meets requirements with the performance needed for deployment. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Must have past systems engineering or test engineering background, as well as leadership experience and technical management of project execution. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Support design, development, and implementation of cost-effective procedures for testing and troubleshooting of components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and systems. Support development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation Document testing issues and failures and perform analysis of test results. Support formal systems acceptance testing activities. Present test strategies, plans, and results to internal and external customers Support failure investigation activities and failure review board (FRB) meetings.
