Job Summary and Qualifications- Performs complex administrative duties relative to physician contracting, including composing correspondence and coordinating resources across corporate functions.
- Interacts with Directors of Physician Services and Practice Managers to gather information to complete employment or recruitment agreements.
- Understands complex compensation models that conform to Stark regs.
- Utilizes multiple software platforms Word, Excel, TCM, PAWS, etc.
- Prepares employment, Physician Service Agreements (PSAs) and recruitment agreements and sends agreements to potential physician candidates.
- Interacts with corporate legal department.
- Tracks employment agreements through the routing system until all reviews have been completed.
- Handles various administrative details with initiative and good judgment.
- Assisting other staff as requested.
- Attending meetings as assigned and reporting on actions.
- Maintaining strictest confidentiality.
- Performing related work as required.
- Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.
