Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of contracts, including revisions and updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless contract execution and processing.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management systems to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Provide excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively negotiate and manage contracts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with legal contracts, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve contract-related issues.
  • Experience with contract management software, such as Clio or other CSM/CRM systems.
