Job SummaryAs a Front Desk Concierge at Towers, you will play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable experiences for our residents and guests. You will not only welcome residents but also ensure that every interaction reflects warmth, hospitality, and security. This position requires a blend of customer service excellence and adherence to regulations, fostering a welcoming environment for all.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet residents and guests with enthusiasm, providing verbal instructions and enforcing community rules as needed.Handle customer inquiries, minor complaints, and suggestions with professionalism and composure.Respond promptly to unusual situations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure scenarios.Contribute to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes safety and guest satisfaction.Engage in physical tasks, including equipment movement and regular patrols of the premises.Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing checklists and following daily operational procedures. RequirementsQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age.Strong communication skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and adhere to safety practices.Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and overnight shifts.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Positive attitude with a capacity to remain flexible and patient.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong administrative skillsPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
