Front Desk Representative

Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Representative to manage our reception area and provide a positive first impression for all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and can handle a variety of tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Job: On site
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Range: $900 - $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and team members as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handling inquiries and providing accurate information as needed.
  • Manage the front desk by maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring proper communication with relevant staff.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic office equipment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service.
