Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed. Performing general office duties as needed. Organizing and maintaining patient waiting areas as well as front-desk areas. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of general administrative practices. Exceptional organizational skills. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields is advantageous. Experience working in a dental or medical office preferred. Sound knowledge of dental terminology.
