About the role: As an Onboarding Coordinator at TQL, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of onboarding our new employees on a weekly basis. The Onboarding Team drives our new employee engagement prior to their first day, through their first six months. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate and support our onboarding team. What’s in it for you: $19.00-$22.00/hour base pay depending on experience Exposure to all Marketing lanes at TQL Health, Dental, and Vision coverage to best fit your needs, including a plan that takes $- out of your paycheck + 401(k) with company match We win wherever we go –Voted 2019 and 2020 Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For (2023) and Forbes America’s Best Employers (2022) What you’ll be doing: Support the Onboarding team in the execution of day one orientation Assist presenting TQL information and answer employee questions related to training, HR and systems Distribution of welcome gifts, shipping items and organizing team lunch for new employees nationwide Serve as support to the Onboarding Specialists on specific projects as needed Support Onboarding team with communications, data tracking and other administrative needs Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop campaign strategies and ideas Help other Marketing teams, such as Impressions, Events and Engagement, and our Corporate Giving team as needed What you need: Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred 1-2 years of experience working in a collaborative team environment with a positive, solutions-oriented manner Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite with priority on PowerPoint and Excel Aptitude to establish effective relationships and engage with new employees Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including working some nights and weekends to ensure presence at special events Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic Extremely detail-oriented Experience with presenting in large groups Where you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45245
