Senior

Insight

Analyst

you

will

be responsible for

leading

a small team

of analysts

who are tasked with

provid

ing

key analysis of data from a variety of sources

.

The

goal is to

deliver actionable and valuable business insights to our clients. Providing day to day reporting, analytical support and proactive insights to our clients and Retail Insight. What you will do... Manage and mentor a team of insight analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Oversee the end-to-end analytics process, from data collection and analysis to presenting findings and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business

objectives

and develop analytical strategies to address key challenges and opportunities. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets. Drive the development and implementation of innovative analytical solutions to improve decision-making processes and business outcomes. Stay

up-to-date

with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data management. Must have

experience in people management, with

a track record

of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. Extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation, with

proficiency

in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau). Demonstrable problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Some of our extras..
