Fossil Group is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to join our MICHELE, Skagen and Kendra Scott team. In this role as a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be based in Richardson, TX and report into the Merchandising Manager.

This Coordinator will support the MICHELE, Skagen and Kendra Scott team with the following core responsibilities:
  • Analyze and organize business sales reports and identify KPIs
  • Assist in managing product category to drive business growth
  • Manage sample inventory
  • Go-to-market maintenance
  • Partner and communicate cross functionally

Your Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or Apparel and Textiles preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous retail experience, preferable in a merchant or merchandising aspect
  • Analytical, strategic and business skill sets, including but not limited to selling analysis, financial metrics and product/assortment planning
  • Ability to present to internal and cross functional teams
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) and Google Enterprise Products
  • Self-starter and takes initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and flexible work style
  • Detail oriented
  • Successful time management and multi-tasking skills
