**Responsibilities**This role will support multiple brands with the following core responsibilitiesA fantastic opportunity for a Merchandiser to join our rapidly growing Ecommerce business is available.

* Own the entire Amazon customer experience from sku set up to site merchandising

* Analyze and organize sales reports and identify KPIs

* Lead and communicate cross functionally with creative & marketing teams to storytell through creative assets

* Provide input into the customer experience, AB testing function and site enhancements

* Manage the new item setup process by coordinating with Web Content teams & partnering with Amazons Concierge Service to problem solve issues

* Collaborate with Brand leads to ensure product is merchandised and featured according to Brand standards; optimize internal search and navigation refinements

* Manage Amazon Brand Stores and A+ pages by coordinating creative asset refreshes & merchandising; organize and analyze store data to create monthly recaps

* Monitor and resolve day - to - day product page and account updates

* Analyze data to optimize the customer experience and make suggestions/take action to improve site experience

* Understand digital growth and ecommerce conversion metrics

**Your Skills**

* Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field preferred

* Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in retail: ecommerce merchandising, buying or marketing experience preferred

* Passion for the fashion retail industry, great products and accessories

* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel) and Google Enterprise Products

* Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills

* Analytic mindset with a strong focus from the consumer point of view

* Analytical background to support a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing the business

* Detail oriented, great organizational skills and ability to multitask

* Able to work in a team environment with a collaborative and flexible work style

* Resourceful, able to problem solve and find solutions using the resources available

* Can-do, positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed
