We are revolutionizing entertainment market research and analytics through innovations in advertising testing, campaign tracking, and release date optimization for our studio and agency clients.

About the Role
As a Director of Market Research, youll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional and collaborative environment that is fully remote.

Given the startup nature of our team and our flat organizational structure, there is considerable room for career growth and professional development. You will directly interface with the CEO of Enact and the Managing Director of each department. You will serve as a main point of contact for some of the biggest companies in the entertainment space.

Core Responsibilities:

Client services

- serve as a primary point of contact for major studios and/or streaming clients. Build proposals, lead presentations, be consultative, and own the assembly and finishing of key deliverables.
Project management

- oversee custom research projects, including but not limited to creative testing, syndicated studies, and positioning studies. Assist in managing our team of analysts to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet our high quality standards.
Analyze data, write analysis, build reports

- youll also need to be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and take an active role throughout the entire market research process: designing and testing surveys, pulling and inputting data, building presentations, and writing analysis.
Client development

- youll be expected to build trust with our current clients and take a significant role in our pursuits to win over prospective clients as we continue to expand our footprint in the entertainment industry. Ability to build client proposals is a must.

Requirements:
College degree, preferably in one of the following fields: Psychology, Sociology, Film, Mathematics, English, Ethnographic Studies, Media & Communications
6+ years of experience in a full-time market research position, preferably on the agency side or a mix of agency and client side.
Mastery of the Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
Comfort with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
Priority will be given to candidates who have a mastery of PowerBI, SPSS, survey platforms such as Qualtrics, extensive experience with quantitative creative testing, and deep knowledge of/passion for the entertainment industry
