Patient Care Coordinator

for our practice located in

Portland, OR

The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience in a dental office, and be reliable, convey a great attitude, excel in communication, and have the ability to multi-task and manage a multi-line phone system Duties/Responsibilities Office Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following... Meet and greet patients and make them feel welcomed and relaxed. Conduct morning team huddles. Make appointments for new and existing patients by answering calls and emails in a prompt manner. Explain dental procedures, treatment times and payment options. Gather patient information to include reason for visit, contact information and insurance verification. Send appointment details and reminders. Requirements/Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years of admin experience with a focus on dentistry. Prior customer service experience.
