Job Title: Salesforce Program Manager
Location: WHIPPANY, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce programs and projects, including but not limited to system enhancements, migrations, and integrations.
  2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and project sponsors.
  3. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with business needs.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
  5. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate potential obstacles to project success.
  6. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, administrators, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  7. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings to elicit business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  8. Oversee system configuration, customization, and development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  9. Drive Salesforce adoption and change management initiatives to ensure successful user adoption and utilization of Salesforce capabilities.
  10. Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
  11. Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  12. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends to inform program strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Program Manager leading Salesforce implementations and large-scale projects.
  3. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  4. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
  5. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery in a matrixed organization.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  8. Solid understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies, with experience tailoring approaches to fit project needs.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and allocate resources to achieve project objectives.
  10. Experience with change management and organizational readiness activities to support successful Salesforce adoption and transformation initiatives.
