Job Summary - Vaco Construction client has an opening for a Project Accountant to handle project accounting functions, AIA invoicing, and contract processes. This role reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

Set up new jobs including intake of new job information Request and submit COI's Maintain job files Work with Estimating and PM teams to request Budgets Coordinate reconciliation and close out of committed costs. Prepare monthly AIA invoices for projects Record and post company cash receipts. Assist CFO with Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations. Financial statement preparations

Qualifications:
