Responsibilities: This individual will provide strategic planning and analytical support to the U.S. Customs and Border Protections (CBP) U.S Border Patrol (USBP).

This individual will support innovative programs, ongoing initiatives, and strategic initiatives, as requested.

Specific responsibilities may include: Provide leadership support with ongoing operations, developing and revising briefings, lead stakeholder development, engagement, and overall communications. Track and pursue high level programmatic actions and initiatives; develop and maintain communication strategy for both internal and external stakeholders; assist in schedule alignment with partners; facilitate branding and marketing initiatives to engage stakeholders within USBP to increase overall understanding of the organizations mission and capabilities. Support the cultivation of existing and future relationships with stakeholders such as OIT, Innovation Hubs, CBP INVNT, other USBP programs, academic/research and technology focused organizations. Develop and manage various program documentation such as briefing decks, charters, and SOPs; monitor and track existing or future tools necessary to inform leadership, Program Managers, or other executives of program initiatives to improve integration, transition, and overall innovation and technology adoption efficiencies. Create strategies and frameworks that support or accelerate the adoption and expansion of programs. Various administrative program support to organize group travel, set up and coordinate itineraries, and collaborate with other offices to secure and facilitate high-level meetings.

Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience, a bachelors or masters degree in business, management, communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of high-level stakeholders. Ability to effectively solve problems. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment. Prior experience working with high-level Senior Leadership is preferred. Onsite presence is required on client site in Washington, DC (2-3 days/week) Travel is anticipated at 25% Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications;
