About the Company: Our client is a rapidly growing Fee for Service SaaS healthcare company at the forefront of using AI/ML to transform how large enterprise hospital systems manage and leverage healthcare claims data. Their cloud-based, AI-powered platform helps healthcare providers improve care coordination, risk management, cost optimization, and clinical outcomes across the continuum of care. Position Overview: Its all about the healthcare claims expertise, as the owner says. They are seeking an experienced healthcare claims data analytics person that will serve as a Product Manager. This person must have a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS platforms in the healthcare claims space. This role requires deep experience in healthcare claims, taking that data and instruct the building of data analytics around cost savings for the customer. This instruction will be with the offshore teams in India. Compassionate collaboration, and delivering enterprise-grade software products within a complex, regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Healthcare Claims Domain Leadership: Understand the complexities of enterprise hospital networks, healthcare claims data, and AI/ML use cases in clinical and operational settings. Offshore teams oversight Client Collaboration: Work closely with the customer, engineering, data science, client success, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. Customer Engagement: Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from healthcare clients and translating them into actionable product enhancements. Regulatory Awareness: Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.). Qualifications: 5+ years of healthcare claims product experience. Proven success in scaling SaaS platforms with complex data infrastructure and AI/ML applications. Strong familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, including EHR/EMR integrations, claims data, clinical data, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical requirements into business value and prioritize features for maximum impact. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field preferred.
