Job Description

As an Embedded Electronics Engineer on the R&D team, you will make a positive impact by:
  • Design and Development: Develop detailed hardware design specifications for electronic devices and systems, including processors, circuit boards, networking equipment, and other related components.
  • Prototyping: Build and test prototypes to evaluate design choices and ensure the feasibility and functionality of hardware designs
  • Work with Mechnical and fixtures
  • Simulation and Testing: Use simulation software to model and test designs under different conditions to verify performance, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for hardware designs and modifications, including assembly instructions, system requirements, and maintenance guides.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all hardware designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Quality Assurance : Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to minimize defects and ensure reliability and performance of the final product.
  • Technical Support : Provide technical support for manufacturing and field problems, troubleshoot hardware issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in hardware design to innovate and improve existing designs.
Qualifications

Qualifications we're looking for.
  • Experience:
      • Solid understanding of electronic design principles and component selection.
      • 3+ years of experience with embedded systems and microcontroller-based design including design of circuit boards.
      • Proficient in CAD tools for PCB design, such as Altium Designer, Eagle CAD, or Orcad.
      • Knowledge of with communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) is preferred.
      • Experience with microcontrollers, processors, and programmable logic devices.
      • Familiarity with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
    • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Abilities:
      • Ability to read and interpret complex technical specifications and schematics.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Mechanical Engineering , Firmware , Industrial Engineering etc)
  • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
