Position Summary

The Human Resources Representative is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team at our main offices in Westbrook. This position requires strong customer service skills, basic computer skills, and the agility to learn new software. The HR Representative will serve as an integral member of the team performing varied HR functions including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities.
  1. Manages verifications of employment
  2. Supports in new hire orientation processes
  3. Fulfills requests made by current and former employees for personnel documents
  4. Tracks incident reports and OSHA logs
  1. Conducts agency-wide criminal background re-checks
  2. Licensing audits

Opportunity Details
  • Full-time OR Part-time opportunity (20-40 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule Monday through Friday - business hours
  • $20-$24 per hour - commensurate with experience
  • $1,000 Anniversary Bonus - eligible at 1 year of employment
A full benefits package is available for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week, and include health care insurance options, vision & dental coverage, vacation and sick time accruals, 11 paid holidays, 403(b) with 5% match, and more

Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree or comparable experience
  • At minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High ethical standards and adheres to confidentiality protocols
