**Customer Service Representative**

Schwarz Partners Packaging Miami, 1101 East 33rd Street, Hialeah, Florida, United States of America Req #182 Thursday, February 10, 2022 SPP Miami , a wholly owned subsidiary of Schwarz Partners is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Hialeah, FL facility. As a Customer Service Representative, you will take and process customer orders, address all customer inquiries and complaints, communicate & maintain relationships with suppliers, support/assist the sales team and other departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

* Oversee customer accounts and respond to emails in a timely manner.

* Responsible for processing orders (electronic and manual), receive, change or cancel customer purchase orders in a timely manner.

* Double-checking orders entered by other CSR for accuracy.

* Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.

* Serves as the primary liaison with sales, logistics/supply chain, and manufacturing personnel on the effective delivery of customer service.

* Handle complaints in a constructive and professional manner through effective problem resolution skills.

* High attention to detail. (customers, managers, staff, etc.)

* Run daily production reports.

* Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize work effectively and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and a demanding customer base.

* Must be able to make appropriate decisions to satisfy customer needs and take appropriate steps to implement decisions with approval of management.

* Works under minimum supervision.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

* High school diploma or GED.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

* Experience in the corrugated box industry preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Computer data-entry experience and can type a minimum of 40 WPM.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) and can speak fluent English.

* Detailed oriented.
