Position Sales Coordinator Location ioMosaic Corporation (Salem, NH) Description In-Office Position ioMosaic is seeking a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess experience with Salesforce and HubSpot. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and potential customers to support sales strategies.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to assist management in decision-making.Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and production departments to coordinate sales initiatives and fulfill customer orders efficiently.Assist in organizing trade shows, conferences, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Skills and ExperienceExperience selling both applications as well as cloud-based softwareSubstantial knowledge of the chemical, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industries, via prior vertical expertise or experience5 years of software sales or consulting experience in application software, Business Process Management, Document Management, ERP, or related enterprise systemsExperience scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proof of ConceptsPassion and people skillsExcellent written, presentation and verbal communication skillsPosition Requirements Have a strong work ethic and be eager to learn about new customers and be comfortable upselling products and services Be diligent, well organized, solve problems, provide great customer service, and be able to multitask Must have strong communication skills to create and distribute technical proposals and presentations Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed IN-OFFICEIoMosaic is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
