Responsibilities &

Objectives of this role Oversee visual brand experience and deliver creative work for all web, print, and digital marketing.

Ensure a connected brand experience across all customer touchpoints, from initial awareness, throughout the sales funnel and post-sale. Provide recommendations and brand vision for improvements to visual branding, website, and sales materials Lead and execute on visual branding for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology. Produce fresh, innovative design work that translates complex ideas into compelling experiences for a variety of customer personas. Final deliverables include sales enablement materials, booth graphics, videos, website, slide presentations, social media graphics, branded gift items, co-branded partner templates, product and site photography, site renderings, branded corporate facility tour experiences, etc. Project manage deliverables from start to finish: prepare creative briefs with stakeholder input, present design concepts, integrate feedback, produce materials, obtain approvals. Deliver, distribute and archive final work. Engage with local print vendors to deliver printed collateral as needed. Prepare to scale with flex capabilities as workflow ebbs and flows: recommend and engage external graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers, and web designers. Conduct brainstorming sessions to develop engaging materials that effectively address marketing goals within required timelines and budgets. Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses, opening vendor POs and managing vendor invoices for creative deliverables. Support event planning, driving booth concepts, design, operations, show services, shipping and build, to ensure successful trade show execution and brand representation. Update corporate website with changes as needed directly in CMS, or leading the external web design team on larger projects. Required skills and qualifications

Fifteen years of graphic design and creative oversight experience, with 8 or more years in a corporate setting. Experience in delivering creative work end to end, from developing the vision to executing production on time and within budget. Experience in integrating a compelling, engaging and connected brand identity across all marketing channels to enable best customer brand experience: digital, print, website, events, video, social. Required: Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and video editing skills Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction. Proven ability to develop and execute successful concepts. Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Experience managing cross-functional projects, collaborating effectively with diverse teams. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

The Bay Area salary for this role is $150k-180k base + pre-IPO stock + benefits. This position can be hybrid. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee.
