As a Customer Service Representative your primary responsibility is to analyze and verify the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained by performing the following duties.

In office - St. Petersburg, FL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maintaining up to date product knowledge to provide accurate information, features and pricing.
  • Answer customer questions regarding specific products and services.
  • Support outside sales team finalizing sales, processing payments and following up with customers.
  • Responsible for increasing sales by suggestively selling products and achieving monthly sales quotas.
  • Use excellent communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
  • Provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service & upselling experience.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and close sales.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills
