Description

Full time Front Desk position needed for busy Family Practice in North Edmond.

Monday - Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Answer phones
  • Check patients in/out
  • Verify insurance
  • Charge entry, collecting patient co-pays/balances
  • Entering patient demographics
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (Epic) preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of charge entry and medical clinic experience a plus.
  • Must be able to multi task and work at a fast pace with frequent interruptions.
  • High School Graduate (GED)
