Description

The primary purpose of the Loan Originator is to manage and follow up with all company-generated leads, including those generated through our internet platforms, ensuring each potential client receives personalized and professional service. This role involves frequent and sustained phone communication to guide clients through the loan process, address their inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to meet their investment needs. The candidate must be comfortable being on the phone all day. The Loan Originator will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our investors, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfactory.

Responsibilities
• Candidates are required to conduct 20-30 conversations each day
• Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, responding promptly to incoming calls, and following up on company-generated leads to develop a network of repeat investors
• Strong time management skills are essential to balance the commitment to reaching out to existing leads while maintaining current pipelines, supported by our processing staff

Qualifications
• 5+ Years of Mortgage experience preferred
• Sales Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Effective Pipeline Management
• Responsibility for knowing underwriting guidelines and updates
• 2-3 yrs. of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Related Support Areas
• 2-3 yrs. in Real Estate Sales/Finance or another related field
• Excellent Time Management Skills with the ability to adjust in a high-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills for working with complex data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external purposes
• Preferred experience with Encompass and Salesforce CRM

Education:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
