NeilMed is looking for a Systems Integration Specialist to join our Business Systems team. This role is crucial for developing, deploying, and supporting back-end integration solutions and workflows. The Integration Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining software systems and integrations in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystem. NetSuite is our ERP, and the ecosystem includes NetSuite and a handful of related tools that are integrated to NetSuite. The overarching objective for the Integrations Specialist is to ensure that NetSuite reliably produces accurate and complete financial and operational data through our iPaaS solution Celigo Integrator IO and EDI gateways SPS Commerce.

The Integration Specialist will have the opportunity to learn from other technical resources on the team who are highly knowledgeable about NetSuite and the other tools we use. The Integrations Specialist will also collaborate with and learn from technical resources on other teams when needed, including our Data and Web teams.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Participate in the planning, coordination, and solution development and implementation activities related to the integration of applications and technologies within the organizations application integration environment.

Lead the development, testing, deployment, and enhancement of back-end integration solutions to optimize organizational operations.

Design and implement workflows, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms.

Develop, implement, manage and monitor EDI integration with
SPS Commerce
and NetSuite

Review XML scripts that accomplish objectives that can't be achieved with the out-of-the-box features in the tools.

Proactively identify and suggest opportunities to improve and optimize our integrations and the way we use them (e.g., Optimize flows, reduce manual monitoring for integrations errors, etc.)

Build and maintain integrations using Celigo Integrator IO as an iPaaS between NetSuite and other tools including Shopify, Amazon, WalMart, and 3PL systems.

Monitor performance logs in Celigo Integrator IO, NetSuite, EDI systems and other tools to identify bugs, determine the root cause of those bugs, and then resolve them.

Actively engage with end-users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose improvements, and deliver robust technical support.

Analyze user needs, documenting requirements and processes for enhanced application and integration performance.

Translate complex technical information for non-technical audience.

Prepare comprehensive documentation for application configurations, coding, and processes to facilitate troubleshooting and future reference.

Keep management consistently informed about project developments and milestones.

Contribute to additional tasks as needed.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Strong understanding of both business and technical workflows.

Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Resilience under pressure and adeptness at managing interruptions.

Solid customer service focus and a collaborative team player.

Minimum 3 years experience in systems integration.

Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries

Experience working in the consumer products industry is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Experience Integration Workflows, EDI Integration Gateways and other iPaaS/SaaS/Cloud-based applications.

Understanding of system integrations, data engineering, or related fields and application management security best practices.

Understanding of integrations and middleware technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, EDI, OAuth, RESTful APIs, Web Hooks and API authentication methods.

Proficiency with a scripting language or other software development experience

Experience working with SQL or other querying languages.

Experience working with large data sets is a plus.
