Responsibilities:
- Process up to 300 freight invoices per week across 10+ branch locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify freight costs based on shipment weight, applying the appropriate flat fee based on weight load.
- Perform 3-way matching to purchase orders.
- Review and reconcile signed bills of lading, identifying and resolving any discrepancies between the agreed-upon weight/amount and the billed amount from shipping vendors.
- Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, customers, and internal procurement teams to address discrepancies, escalations, and general inquiries.
- 2+ years of experience processing freight invoices
- Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
