Missions: Rattaché(e) à la Direction Supply Chain et sous la responsabilité du Supply Planning Manager, vous avez pour principales missions d'assurer le process Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) sur une Maison définie.

Activités:

Consolidation et analyses des prévisions de ventes mondiales sur le court/moyen/long terme

Construire et diriger le processus de fixation et d’actualisation des allocations/quotas

Analyser et consolider les prévisions de ventes Marché sur l’horizon complet

Préparer et animer les comités de prévisions maison mensuels

S’assurer du suivi des actions décidées en comités de prévision auprès des SP marché

Gérer des projections long terme (filiales et agents) au niveau agrégé en coordination avec les Planificateurs de Ventes Marchés et en cohérence avec les processus Budget et PMT.

Gérer le processus DRP et l’interaction avec le Production Planning

Consolider les prévisions d’expéditions sur l’horizon complet

Vérifier et confirmer ces prévisions d’expéditions auprès des équipes planification de production

Supervision des actions d’ajustement des plans d’expédition en fonction des incompatibilités du plan de production

Gérer avec la planification industrielle les demandes supplémentaires et priorisations

Challenger la flexibilité de production

Mener le processus d’arbitrage (ruptures, allocations, arbitrage)

Gestion du cycle de vie du produit

Coordonner et piloter les lancements de nouveaux produits et les changements de millésimes avec tous les acteurs concernés et en assurer le suivi

Agréger et dynamiser le processus d’engagements promotionnels des filiales

Gestion du catalogue et contribuer à sa rationalisation via des revues régulières

Piloter la fin de vie du produit (delisting, changement de millésime…)

Consolider et participer aux changements d’habillage majeurs (tout pays) de sa marque

Management du stock central et Obsolescence

Manager avec la planification de production, les Planificateurs de Ventes Marchés et la logistique le niveau de stock central

Préparer et animer les réunions de suivi des stocks en rotation lente et obsolètes avec les différents interlocuteurs concernés et assurer le suivi des actions à mener

Communication et Reporting

Être l'interlocuteur planning clé pour la Maison (Business, finance…) et pour les différents services Supply Chain

Communiquer aux équipes business les informations de pilotage (volumes, allocations, ventes)

Suivre et analyser les KPI de performance (taux de service, couverture de stock, rupture, fiabilité de prévisions marchés/distributeurs, SLOBS…)

Amélioration continue des processus et des outils

Participer au projet IBP pour la Supply Chain MHCS de demain

Participer et être moteur des évolutions des process existants et des outils

Profile: Formation / Expérience:

Bac + 5, Ecole de Commerce ou Ingénieur (spécialité Logistique, Commerce international ou Supply Chain)

Bonne compréhension globale des métiers et enjeux de la Supply Chain

Expérience significative dans la Supply Chain et/ou Services clients

Savoir-faire :

Anglais courant (écrit/oral)

Maîtrise SAP, APO, Pack Office, Power BI

Excellentes capacités d’analyse
