If so, Efficiency Plumbing is looking for you to join our team as a full-time or part-time, entry-level Customer Service Rep in Hanover, MA THE BASICS Pay: $20 - $28 per hour plus a spiff program to reward your hard work. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 3:30 PM Company-Wide Benefits : Medical, paid time off (PTO), sick days, holidays, paid birthday off, a 401(k) with a company match, paid training, and recreational outings. YOUR DAY AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that sets the tone for their experience with us. Your day will involve: Answering incoming calls: You'll listen carefully, understand customer needs, and provide solutions or direct them to the right department. Booking and dispatching: You'll efficiently schedule service appointments and ensure our technicians have all the information they need to provide top-notch service. Making outbound calls: You'll follow up on customer leads, making sure our services are front of mind for potential clients. Marketing support: You'll assist with our marketing efforts, helping to spread the word about the great work we do. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP Outstanding customer service skills Sales ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills General knowledge of plumbing and HVAC industry trends and regulations as well as experience in a customer service role are preferred but not required.
