We are looking to add an Account Director to lead the overall planning and direction of multi-channel direct response fundraising programs for our agency clients, through partnerships with the analytics, media, production, digital and creative teams to ensure that campaigns meet clients' marketing and financial objectives. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of program growth and execution, including client relationships, strategy development, analytics reporting and oversight, and channel integration.

In this role you will:
  • Motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the team planning and and develop training.
  • Lead strategic, tactical and support functions.
  • Serve as primary client contact and develop strong working relationships with client and across Moore.
  • Develop long term integrated strategies.
  • Contribute to the quarterly and annual business forecasting and reforecasting.
  • Analyze results of campaigns, including all channel activity and the impact of one channel upon another.
  • Report to client on budget and donor activity.
  • Develop and implement new and innovative approaches to provide, expand or improve current practices.
  • Share ideas and client needs throughout all phases of client life cycle (plan, design, integrate, implement, manage).
  • Oversee the development of campaigns plans and budgets by account team.
  • Oversee the preparation of and conducts presentations for clients and prospective clients.
  • Strive to continuously stay informed about industry standards, best practices, postal regulations, production processes and innovative products.
We seek:
  • 8-10 years' experience in national, nonprofit, multi-channel, direct response fundraising with experience in direct mail, digital marketing and digital acquisition.
  • 5 years' experience in a management or leadership position.
  • Knowledge of and experience with marketing for nonprofits, with expertise in the following channels: direct mail, digital (including telemarketing, email, social or mobile marketing), direct response television.
  • Strong direct response knowledge.
  • Exceptional talent for managing client relationships.
  • Agency experience preferred, with a focus on partnering with nonprofit organizations, successfully advocating for the client and their donors.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead in a team environment to meet client fundraising goals.
  • Experience developing annual plans and projections.
  • A resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A creative and resourceful problem solver.
  • Strong ability to provide analysis and strategy for client services and to stay abreast of current industry trends, including post promotion analysis.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills with advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's Degree preferred.
