As an Ophthalmics Sales Account Manager, your goal is to help expand the reach of our innovative optical coating products and technology. You're responsible for identifying potential opportunities in the optical industry, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and meeting with leads to close sales deals. Armed with a deep understanding of our products, you develop solutions that are tailored to each client's individual needs. You conduct presentations, negotiate prices, and prepare sales agreements. By staying on top of industry trends, collaborating with colleagues, and adjusting strategies appropriately, you help drive growth in the optical industry

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent field
  • 5+ years of sales-related experience in the ophthalmic industry
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with all kinds of personalities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Considerate mindset and ability to adjust strategies for the situation
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% with some long hours and non-traditional work schedules

A master's degree or experience in lab operation and the vacuum coating industry would be preferred.
