$500 sign-on bonus offered to eligible participants hired while the program is in effect, paid in two installments. Bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes. All other rules governing this program will apply.Current employees and contract workers are not eligible.
As a Specialist, Customer Care in Last Mile at RXO, you will handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and SMS texts for a specific account to ensure that routes and deliveries are scheduled appropriately. This position works with our market managers, carriers, and client representatives.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Route monitoring/dispatching
- Order management (same day, unassigned)
- Provide excellent customer service to assigned client stores
- Record thorough notes with attention to detail in our system(s)
- Communicate with customers and internal associates utilizing technology and problem-solving skills
What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- 1 year of related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and other business-related applications
It'd be great if you also have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 + years in a Call Center or Route Monitoring/Dispatch environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, especially with upward communication
