St Louis, United States Edward Jones Full time
Opportunity Overview

Do you have expertise within commercial real estate, with a blend of analytics? If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you

The firm's Branch Real Estate (BRE) department is responsible for supporting the physical branch office needs through the coordination of leasing, construction, lease administration, and maintenance of more than 15,000 branch office locations. BRE performs these duties in a way to maximize value and minimize disruptions to our branch teams, allowing them to continue to focus on the needs of our clients. Our department plays a critical role in the firm's strategic mission to enhance practice options and promote FA adoption of new practice models such as multi-FA branches.

Branch Real Estate has established an analytics and insights team that is responsible for helping the firm accomplish its strategic BRE goals by measuring how the firm uses its real estate portfolio and identifying opportunities to maximize the impact of the firm's real estate. Our team will deliver critical insights to improve the performance of the firm's BRE processes and support leaders in making data-driven decisions about the firm's real estate portfolio.

What You Will Do
• Leverage data using various technologies, languages, and analytical methods to provide actionable insights that support BRE business decisions.
• Analyze the effectiveness of BRE functions and strategic programs, and present actionable insights to enhance future efforts using appropriate statistical methods.
• Identify external trends in commercial real estate in key firm markets and support leaders in using those insights to drive internal real estate decisions
• Provide thought leadership to BRE senior leaders about opportunities to improve the BRE experience for branch teams and financial performance of the firm's real estate portfolio
• Develop business relationships and partnerships with BRE stakeholders and cross-functional stakeholders that work alongside BRE to support various branch practice models.
• Create, support, and maintain dashboards that help BRE leaders and field leaders understand how real estate is being used and what opportunities exist to improve BRE experience and financial impact.
• Educate other team members, associates, and leaders across the firm on data and statistical concepts and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for BRE to improve the structure and accessibility of real estate data, and collaborate with the appropriate digital product teams that can provide solutions.
