Position: Entry Level Account Manager

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will:

  • Leverage your customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and donors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement customized strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of campaigns, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing strategies.
  • Attend events and represent the firm, engaging with participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' needs and objectives.
  • Assist in creating detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and promotional activities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all client communications are professional, timely, and aligned with the firm’s values.

  • Experience in restaurant, bar, retail, or customer service industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for events.
