Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all technical aspects of projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct comprehensive design evaluations to ensure the technical integrity of products.
  • Utilize market research to address sourcing and technical obstacles.
  • Proactively tackle and resolve challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project.
  • Track project advancements and maintain schedule adherence.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination among internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Efficiently collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate vendor activities to align with project objectives and deadlines.
  • Deliver regular project updates to various management levels and departments.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing testing protocols.
  • Update and manage project documentation in digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management or project engineering experience.
  • Robust background in electromechanical product development.
  • Experience in engaging with varied engineering teams (mechanical, electrical hardware & firmware).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Project.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical focus preferred).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Proficiency in eDrawings/SolidWorks/PTC Creo for technical illustrations.
  • Data analysis capabilities for project data interpretation.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
