Primary Accountabilities Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation in accordance with GAAP. Complete account reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts. Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures. Assist in the preparation of executive and board-level reports. Assist in the preparation of regulatory and external reports. Provide necessary documentation to external auditors related to the quarterly financial statement review and annual financial statement audit. Research and correct account discrepancies to ensure compliance with GAAP. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary. The role requires occasional travel for training and team meetings, and willingness to travel periodically, to locations within market as needed. May require work in a Midland office to ensure collaboration and support of internal and external customers. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Demonstrated ability to learn and use new software and programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
