We are seeking a highly skilled Oral Surgeon to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our dental services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our clinical support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Treatment Planning: Create comprehensive treatment plans for patients, taking into account their individual needs and oral health goals.
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, including repair and restoration of teeth, extraction of teeth, and restoration of edentulous areas.
- Leadership: Lead and direct our clinical support staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to provide excellent patient care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations.
- Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
- Certification: Oral Surgeon certification.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Oral Surgeon, or recent/soon-to-be college graduates with a strong passion for dentistry.
- Compensation: Minimum daily guarantee along with production-based compensation.
- Treatment Plan Control: Full control over treatment plans.
- Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance for full-time positions, Malpractice Insurance, and Reimbursement for License & Continuing Education.
