You will join the team at our Fishers, IN location and you will be responsible to plan, develop and implement projects on a mainframe platform. You will provide leadership to manage software development projects for our student loan servicing platform. You will support the development and deployment of the delivery of mainframe projects. You will track the project's progress to identify potential issues and adjust to keep the project on track. What you will do: Plan and coordinate all aspects of internal information system specific projects from initiation to delivery Plan software projects and define the scope to allocate resources along with setting deadlines Meet budget objectives and make adjustments to project constraints Understand each project's integration requirements to ensure alignment with the integration team Perform risk management to assess the project impact and effectiveness of the migration strategies Conduct a final review, document lessons learned, and ensure that all documentation is appropriately archived at the close of the project What you will need to have: Per contractual obligations, must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a qualified United States Government security clearance (e.g., US DOD Secret) High School diploma, equivalent work, education or military experience required 3+ years of experience with Mainframe technology and DB2 Experience with Scope Change, Risk and Issue Management What will be great to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Experience working with projects requiring compliance with state and federal regulations Experience with Mainframe Open Systems This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
