About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our space vehicle development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Systems preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant technical project management experience
  • Experience leading small technical teams
  • Strong bias for action and ownership demeanor
  • Knowledge of project planning and execution practices, including logic-linked schedule management
  • Experience with Primavera P6 or other GANTT-style project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of space vehicles
  • Experience with Creo & Windchill
  • Experience in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)
  • Design experience including analysis and drawing development
What We Offer

At Blue Origin, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $115,920.00-$162,288.00, depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.
