We’re a team of two focused on bringing the dental patient referral process into the 21st century by removing paperwork and digitizing the entire process. Our mission is to provide solutions that automate processes, enhance patient care, and improve overall efficiency for dentists and dental specialist providers saving them time and making them more money.

With a team of dedicated founders and a clear vision, we are looking for a Founding Engineer to lead technical initiatives and all product development. This role is for self-starter, entrepreneurially-minded builders.

Responsibilities

Build the first product and bring it to market, expanding on current MVP Lead end-to-end software development, from architecture design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Work with a small team of 3 to build and ship quickly - no meeting after meeting bullshit. We build. Define and create the entire development process, including front-end and back-end development, database management, and integration of third-party APIs. Manage contract developers and designers to bring our product to life. Build like an owner - this is our collective vision.

Requirements

3+ years of professional software experience. Bonus if you’ve worked in the healthcare software space. Experience as a foundering engineer, co-founder, or early engineer hire at a quickly growing company Experience building, deploying, and running software - from the database to the user interface Experience in integrating third-party APIs, including but not limited to Heroku, Twilio, Airplane or Retool, Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio, Auth0 etc. A track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Bonus: If you’ve built a side project, started a company in the past, or developed an app - whether it won or failed, we’d love to learn more.
