Job Summary
The Enrollment Coordinator Special Programs is responsible for the following job duties, including but not limited to receiving, interpreting, evaluating, and cataloging documents required for admission of prospective students; evaluating transfer equivalencies; and other critical student admission matters. This position will also assist with evaluations and processing for

IMPACT , scholarships, and new student enrollments. For

specifically, this employee will ensure communication plans are built and maintained, and parents are aware and prepared for the event, and aspects of orientation are handled alongside the

Coordinator. The Enrollment Coordinator Special Programs will manage phone calls, emails, visitors, communication plans, registration, and payments regarding

during the

seasons. This will include but not be limited to reviewing payments, communicating with departments (academic and others), and reviewing applications both new student and scholarship applications.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree
2. Strong oral, written and electronic communication skills
3. Proficiency in understanding and applying technology to prescribed protocols and workflows

Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 8-5

Traveling and picking up more than 30 lbs of materials. Working behind a computer for more than 6 hours in a day.
