Responsibilities:

Responsibilites:
This pivotal role involves overseeing and optimizing the production process, developing and documenting lean manufacturing processes and procedures and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Production Schedule:
Provide day-to-day manufacturing support to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Develop, implement, and maintain lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans
Analyze and optimize CNC machining processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Assist in the design and implementation of new manufacturing systems and processes
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues
Support the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring manufacturability and cost-efficiency
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and lean manufacturing principles
Continuously evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement
Implement process enhancements to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity
Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize performance
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and morale
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards and procedures
