Responsibilities:

As an SPCB (Structural Pest Control Board) Administrative Specialist, you will be a subject matter expert and play a pivotal role in ensuring we are in compliance with the State of California. Leading with a service mindset, youll keep integrity and excellence at the forefront as you coordinate service, resolve issues, and support overall satisfaction to help maintain compliance with the state.

You will

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Reviewing and approving CA Wood Destroying organisms reports.
  • Managing and reviewing Lead and REI compliance
  • Assuring compliance with local state and federal laws and regulations
  • Being a liaison between departments and branch locations
  • Receiving escalated WDO concerns and resolving in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining current policies and procedure manuals and ensuring branches are adhering to current procedures
  • Preparing late report list and notice of compliance summary to Branches and Regions
  • Handling inbound call from Branch Inspectors

Qualifications:

What do you need to be successful?

  • Previous experience in an administrative or compliance-based role preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
