Job Title: Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates for open positions.
Manage the offer negotiation process and provide guidance to hiring managers to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages are offered to successful candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance the talent acquisition process.
Develop and monitor recruiting metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
Mentor and provide training to HR team members on recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an advantage.
5 years Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment tools.
Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to continuously achieve recruitment goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
