Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist where you will manage financial records and ensure accuracy in transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Calculating, posting, and verifying duties to maintain accurate accounting records

+ Open accounts for collection efforts,

+ Outbound collection calls,

+ Maintain billing portals

+ Resolve account discrepancies

+ Assist in closing processes at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end

+ Participate in accounting projects

+ Handle credit memo requests.

This role is pivotal in maintaining and improving customer relations and resolving internal and external concerns efficiently.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

This position requires working 5 days a week in the office alongside 3 other Accounts Receivable specialists. You will report directly to the manager.
