Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor to join and lead our dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee a group of talented SLPs, ensuring high-quality care for our pediatric clients, while also providing hands-on therapy services. Your leadership will shape the growth and success of our speech therapy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to SLP team members.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of pediatric clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services for a wide range of speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with other therapy team members to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training for team growth.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid DORA license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's).
  • 2+ years of experience as an SLP (with leadership experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Availability to work after school hours.

Job Type:
Full-time, in-person.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, no weekends.
